Rush production
Every piece is made to order and dispatches in 5–7 business days. Free standard shipping is available worldwide; delivery time varies by destination. If you need your order sooner, contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether rush production is possible.
Order questions
Every order is sent with tracking. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves our atelier. Please include your order number when contacting us. Adding a phone number to your order is also very helpful for the carrier.
