Made to order

Every piece at Souls In Clothes is cut and sewn after you place your order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves our atelier in Bulgaria.

Free standard shipping — worldwide

Standard shipping is free on every order, to every country. Estimated transit times after your piece ships:

• Europe — 5–7 business days
• USA & Canada — 6–12 business days
• Rest of world — 14–30 business days

Every parcel is tracked. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery time varies by destination, and delays caused by customs, public holidays, weather, or carrier disruptions may occur.

Express shipping (DHL)

Express shipping is optional and is paid by the customer. Express transit after the 5–7-business-day production time is estimated at 1–3 business days for Europe and the USA, and 3–5 business days for the rest of the world.

Express shipping prices:

• 1 piece — €50
• 2 pieces — €70
• 3 pieces — €90
• 4 or more pieces — €110

Remote areas may incur an additional carrier surcharge, which is also paid by the customer. If this applies to your destination, we will contact you before shipping.

Need your order sooner?

If you need your piece sooner than our standard 5–7-business-day production time, contact us before ordering at info@soulsinclothes.com with your required date. We will confirm whether rush production is possible before you place your order.

Customs & import fees

We cover all customs duties, import taxes, and import processing fees on your order. You will not be asked to pay these charges upon delivery.
