Souls In Clothes is a handmade clothing studio operated by Vladimir Zahov, Sofia, Bulgaria. We are the data controller for any personal data you provide when using soulsinclothes.com or placing an order.

• Body measurements (if you provide them for custom sizing)
• Payment information (processed by Shopify Payments — we do not store card details)

• Shipping carriers — your name and address are shared with the carrier to deliver your order
• Payment processors — Shopify Payments or similar, for secure payment processing
• Klaviyo — email marketing platform, if you have subscribed to our newsletter

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

How long we keep it

• Order records — 7 years (required for tax and accounting purposes)
• Customer communications — 3 years from last contact
• Newsletter subscribers — until you unsubscribe
• Custom measurement data — deleted within 12 months of order completion unless you request otherwise
