These are made to order — how long will I wait?

Each pair is cut and sewn after your order is placed at the atelier in Bulgaria. Current production time is listed on the product page and in your order confirmation. If you need the trousers by a specific date, message the atelier before ordering and Larah will tell you honestly whether it is possible.

Can I order in a size that is not on the standard size chart?

Yes. Add your measurements — waist, hips, and inseam if you have it — in the order notes at checkout. Custom sizing is included at no extra cost. If you are unsure which measurements to send, message the atelier and you will get a specific reply, not a form response.

What is the returns policy for made-to-order pieces?

Because each trouser is made specifically for the person who orders it, returns based on size or colour preference are not accepted. If you receive a piece with a manufacturing fault, contact the atelier with photos and it will be resolved. When in doubt about sizing or colour before ordering, message first — that conversation is always worth having.

Is shipping really free worldwide?

Yes. Souls In Clothes ships free to every country, with no minimum order. You will receive a tracking number once your piece is dispatched.

Will the olive colour change after washing?

Linen does soften in colour slightly over the first few washes, which most people find improves the look rather than diminishing it. Washing at 30°C cold and avoiding bleach will keep the colour stable. The olive in these trousers is a mid-tone that does not fade dramatically with normal care.
