Made to order

Every piece at Souls In Clothes is made after you place your order. Nothing is held in stock. Your garment is cut and sewn specifically for you — which is why our returns policy works differently from a standard retailer.

What we accept

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • We sent the wrong item
  • There is a manufacturing fault

In these cases, contact us within 14 days with photos and we will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

What we cannot accept

Because every piece is handmade to your order, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Wrong size chosen — please check the size guide before ordering
  • Change of mind
  • Colour variations due to screen differences
  • Custom-sized orders — these are final sale once production has begun

If you are unsure about sizing, message us before ordering. We will tell you exactly which size to choose, or adjust the piece to fit you at no extra cost.

Return shipping

Where a return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the fault is ours, in which case we will cover it in full.

EU customers

Under EU consumer law, made-to-order items are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. As every piece at Souls In Clothes is made specifically after your order, this exemption applies. Our policy above reflects this while still offering protection for defective or incorrectly sent goods.
