Every garment is cut and sewn by hand in our small atelier in Bulgaria. We do not outsource production; each piece is made-to-order, one at a time.

What linen do you use?

We use carefully selected linen fabrics chosen for breathability, texture, drape, and durability. Material details for each garment are shown on the individual product page.

Do you offer custom sizing?

Yes. Custom sizing is available at no extra cost. You can submit your measurements with your order, and we adjust the pattern before cutting your garment.

How long does an order take?

Every piece is made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before dispatch. Standard shipping is free worldwide; transit time varies by destination.

Yes. Standard shipping is free worldwide, and every parcel has tracking. Delivery time varies by destination. We cover customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees.

What is your return policy?

Customers worldwide may withdraw from a standard-size online order within 14 days of delivery. Custom-sized, made-to-measure, or clearly personalised items are made to the customer’s specifications and are excluded from this withdrawal right once production has begun. If a customer reports a defect or lack of conformity, we may request clear photos and that the garment be made available for inspection before a remedy is provided. Where a genuine lack of conformity is confirmed, the legal remedy will normally be repair or replacement, subject to applicable consumer law. Damage caused after delivery by wear, misuse, accidental or intentional damage, third-party alteration, or care contrary to the garment instructions is not a manufacturing defect. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

How do I care for linen?

Cold machine wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Line dry in shade. Iron damp on medium heat if desired, or wear with linen's natural creases — they are part of the fabric's character.
