A high-waisted maxi skirt with the full volume of a ball gown and the practicality of pleated pockets. The high waist elongates the silhouette while the pleating at the pockets adds tactile interest without bulk. Pair with a simple top to let the skirt lead — this is a piece that earns its moment.
