Every piece at Souls In Clothes is cut and sewn after you place your order. Please allow 5 days for production before your order ships. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves our studio in Bulgaria.

Free standard shipping — worldwide

Standard shipping is free on every order, to every country. Estimated transit times after your piece ships:

• Europe — 5 to 7 business days
• USA & Canada — 6 to 12 business days
• Rest of world — 14 to 30 business days

Every parcel is tracked. These are estimates, not guarantees — delays caused by customs, public holidays, or carrier disruptions are outside our control.

Express shipping (DHL)

Need it faster? Select Express (DHL) at checkout. Transit time drops to 1 to 3 business days for Europe and USA, 3 to 5 business days to the rest of the world — on top of the 5-day production time.

Express pricing scales with your order size:

• 1 piece — €50
• 2 pieces — €70
• 3 pieces — €90
• 4 or more pieces — €110

Free express shipping on all orders over €800.

Remote areas (rural Australia, Scottish Highlands, US territories, and other locations DHL classifies as remote) may incur a small surcharge — we will contact you before shipping if it applies.

Need it made faster than 5 days?

For rush production — when you need the piece itself finished in under 5 days — please contact us before ordering at hello@soulsinclothes.com with your required date. We will confirm whether it is feasible and quote any rush fee.

Customs & import fees

We ship worldwide. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country. These fees are set by your local customs authority — we have no control over them and cannot predict them in advance.
